Tutorial 3: Appointment Booking System
We use a separate booking system per state due to different time zones. So make sure when you book an appointment for a customer that you book it on the correct one for the state. Melbourne booking = VIC booking system.

Tutorial 4: Using Maps
Maps a very easy way to see where your leads are. Your leads for a campaign are marked in blue and previous appointments we have made are in orange. This is a great visual and allows you to use the name of a previous booking when speaking with a new potential customer.
